Criminal law

We encounter criminal law on a daily basis in our other areas of legal practice (see above). This includes in particular the representation of victims and victim advocacy law as part of the civil liability action. As representatives of victims and injured parties, we dispose of long-term experience in conducting criminal proceedings in front of all judicial authorities.

In addition, the criminal defence constitutes all areas of crime (including violent crimes, narcotic related crimes, economic crimes, administrative crimes) as an established core competence of our law firm, which we exercise for our clients with great care and special dedication.
